Well it looks like its that time of year again, when colourful lights atomic number 18 hung on trees, families spend time together, and retailers swim naked through their money. You guessed it, Im talking about Christmas, one of the many holidays that have disconnected their meaning to commercialization. Forget the memory of Jesus Christ, nows the time to abide homage to the almighty buck.
Nowadays when someone forecasts of Christmas or easterly the idea of Christianity is one of the last to come into their mind (although I dont think it could have been made much easier -- Christianity, Christmas -- what kind of minds are we dealing with?). Its far more likely that their first thoughts exit be about buying the perfect gifts, having the most eye-damaging digest decorations on the block, or having a hairy old blubber man in red underwear arrested for putting their electric shaverskin on his lap and whispering to them to tell him what they really want (strangely ample there are some parents out there who in truth pay money each year to have this crime inflicted upon their children).
The whole idea of Santa Claus is one of the scariest Ive come across and hitherto we embrace it. The entire story sounds like something you should threaten your kid with if he doesnt want to eat his veggies. As I watch it hes supposed to be a fat man wearying red underwear who is capable of sliding d declare your chimney unharmed in fiat to quietly slip into your provide while youre sleeping. If he really existed Id be sitting up with a loaded shotgun every Christmas Eve, not pipe dream of gifts while this lunatic could be slicing the throats of everyone in my signal! And to add to the horror he is said to use elves...

-->well, I think it was quite a radical kinda climb up to explaining the real meaning of Christmas. Not all the people think of christmas in a commercial way even though they spend all that big bucks on buying gifts,Gifts to be given to someone else to make em feel fail and wanted.Giving dosent sound like a bad idea, does it? later all jesus wanted us to be grownup and kind and helpfull,as much as we could.Just a thought.
I really was offend by your finishing sentence, I believe the answer lies in the fact that, had he known about the money to be made off his birthday, Jesus himself would have crawled over his own mother to get a piece of the action. I prove it really sacriligious. >_<
