New Trainee Hiring Problems at ABC Inc.
The current hiring problem at ABC has created a difficult situation with the lack of familiarity that Carl has. The first step in resolve the issues at hand would be to implement a training database that will maintain training records and notify employees when they need to modify their training records. I believe the main problem is that Carl is a fairly in the raw employee himself and was expected to hire new trainees.
