In an fabrication with fairly low five year survival, a undefeated business has been born and has placed its foot in the door of a huge but, extremely competitive foodstuff. The eatery chain c completelyed Naan-N-Curry. It is a place my family frequents as the quality of the fodder is most excellent at absolutely competitive prices. It was a privilege to interview unmatchable of the co-owners/managers of this eating house chain to originate an insight into the business and the strategic elements involved in runway a winnerful restaurant in a super competitive environment. This project analyses the food/restaurant industry both local and regional, the restaurant chain Naan-N-Curry, and outlines the factors which defecate contributed to the great success to this fairly small company. After all they succeeded in an flying field where many have failed before.

Background:

Somewhere around ten years ago a restaurant by the come to of Naan-N-Curry was born in the city of San Francisco, another Indian restaurant in a city full of Indian and Pakistani culinary art. What would make this place different if anything at all? Would they plump?



Would the entrepreneur behind the operation succeed and gain market share in an already flooded market or would he crash and burn?
Naan-N-Curry has succeeded and surpassed expectations. Not only have they succeeded and shitd a fine dining experience but, they have greatly expanded using the success of the first model restaurant. It was operose in the beginning. A new restaurant, a new location, all the financing nuances involved. Step by step improvements were made to create an awesome working model of an Indian/Pakistani cuisine restaurant.
