First, people make it seem like I had a sign on me indicating that I wasnt from India. People would stare at me and not lose contact. Also, a lot of people told me that I wasnt from India. Another reason that made me recover like an outsider was when people asked me for money. Lastly, some local food places or other shops tried to over billing me. The workers or owner would notice I wasnt from India and hear to rip me off. In that case, I would either tell them to give me the regular price or just leave and go somewhere else. One day, the owner of this restaurant tried to charge me more money than what I had ordered and I manifestly left, paying him the right amount.
