Women In Chemistry
I read the biographies of Margret Hutchinson Rousseau, Rosalyn Yalow, and Florence Siebert.
Rousseau had her bachelors tier and Yalow and Siebert had Ph.Ds. Yalow went to New York Hunters College, Siebert went to Yale University and followed that education at the University of Chicago, and Rousseau went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rousseau was the number 1 women to earn a Doctorate in chemical plan from that school.

The physics section at Yale University has many accomplishments, including the following: The department has three main areas of research focus: physics and devices from fable materials, optical physics and devices, and quantum information and device physics. The Department has a diverse faculty pool with the majority of professors having their primary particular date in the Physics Department. Many of the graduates of that school have g sensation(a) on to receive numerous awards in different cognition fields.
The biography that was the most interesting to me was the one regarding Siebert. At a young age Siebert was diagnosed with Polio and it left her half paralyzed.



She had to disseminate with that her whole life and she still managed to do extraordinary things in the fields of science including help to making tuberculosis slight harmful. One of the things that interests me the most about her is that she is a local scientist. She grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania which is where I spent a dispense of my time as a kid. I also genuinely liked knowing that she had Polio but she didnt let it tour of duty her from working to help other people.
I think the one who went through the most hardship was probably Yalow. Yalow came from an uneducated family although her parents did raise her education.
