The creation of the join States character, possibly the greatest document in the history of politics, established the framework for a government that would finally become the most powerful in the world. The formation of the Constitution was care honorabley thought out by the Founding Fathers, as it meticulously defined the roles of each branch of the government so that no branch overpowered another. They could never imagine, however, the intensity of the struggle to crystallise power that the government would reach in the future. Because of this inability to shout out the future actions of the individual branches, the Founding Fathers left field certain responsibilities and powers kinda vague, which allows them to be interpreted in different ways.
An example of this mode for interpretation is in Article II, share I, which imprecisely describes the powers vested in the President. Over the years, this flexibility in defining the meaning of this clause has allowed the President to utilize his executive privilege, expanding his powers to include the ability to re further certain interferences by the other branches. One of the most healthful known examples of this is Richard Nixons refusal to surrender tapes of his conversations with his aides, claiming that his executive privilege saved him from such a subpoena.



It is crucial, then, that instead of such clauses being left vague, the powers and responsibilities of each branch should be explicitly stated, with no way of life left for various interpretations.
Another extremely important contribution of the Constitution that was left somewhat vague is Article II, Section 8, which defines the powers reserved for Congress. It reads, The Congress shall have the power to declare War, but fails to list any rules or regulations surrounding that condition.
