These statistics considered the size from the smallest to the largest communities. The chances of being a victim of a violent sad offence or a property crime is one in 18. These percentages take on burglary, murder, rape, domestic violence, drugs, petty theft, prostitution, fraud, money laundering etc. In Florida, more than 71% of the communities have a lower rate than Tampa. To understand these statistics one must understand the report card of crime and why it is so important and its theories. Exactly what is crime? How do individuals become criminals and make it a career? What are the effectuate that criminal actions of on the community?
