The Three for Me
My intersomebodyal skills define me tremendously. I can think up three specific events that helped shape my social skills. The early wiz would be getting my first job. Second would have to be growing up with three br early(a)s. Last one would be having my son.
I chose getting my job as a study factor in shaping my interpersonal skills because when I stepped into the master world I knowledgeable a whole modernistic kind of etiquette. While I was at spurt I had to constantly be aware of what I was uttering. I work as a server and I am ever in front of other customers. I quickly learned customers expose and see everything. I am the type of person that is easily embarrassed, so when I realized if I threat or say something disrespectful to others, customers are going to hear and that is a direct reflection upon my character. I do non want some stranger, the customer, to have a negative first impression on me just because of a bad word. From the argue that I started my job I became so much more aware of what I say just about people. Now I am not going to lie and say I never curse but I can say that I know when it is somewhat okay and what it is completely inappropriate. other thing that helped shape my interpersonal skills at work is relations with conflict.



I have had my job for about two historic period and I have seen many other coworkers come and go from this job and they usu on the wholey do not leave quietly. I learned how not to get involved in my other coworkers business, or gossip I should say. I have sire very good at being the neutral troupe at work.
The second major experience that helped shape my interpersonal skills is growing up with three brothers. I love my family with all my heart but boys will be boys. My brothers do me the organized, polished freak that I am. They are so messy around the house that it drives me nuts. I have to clean it up.
