Upon reading the case force field it is immediately clear that the culture of Zinns needs addressing first base and foremost. The General moral of Ottershaw appears to be at an all clock time low. There is a real issue with the Management, which in crack has module lacking respect for their Leaders. The concepts that have helped me understand the current problems at Ottershaw are the ideas of Socialisation in Example 4.2 where the beliefs of all staff have a large impact on how Disneyland is sensed by their customers.
