Upon reading the case force field it is immediately clear that the culture of Zinns needs addressing first base and foremost. The General moral of Ottershaw appears to be at an all clock time low. There is a real issue with the Management, which in crack has module lacking respect for their Leaders. Ottershaw has a very senior high school turnover of rung, which is deprivation to have an tint on employee morale, client relations and the effectiveness of other employees. No incentives are existence offered to the members of staff, this along side minimum wage is non going to produce happy loyal hardworking staffs that are steep to work at Zinns. This low moral with the current staff is going to effect how new employees see and think slightly Zinns.
The image of the Ottershaws branch needs improving, the case study mentions the let out of date menus, tired décor and shabby furniture this is not an image Zinns wants to advertise.

The concepts that have helped me understand the current problems at Ottershaw are the ideas of Socialisation in Example 4.2 where the beliefs of all staff have a large impact on how Disneyland is sensed by their customers.



It shows me that Ottershaws staff have no real readiness but just enough to run short the job done, this in turn will have a non desirable impact on any new employers within the company.
I employ the example by Trice and Breyer (1984), which gives us a polar perspective to how business culture is perceived, its a diverse way of understanding what culture can mean. Practices, communication and corporal forms seem to me more relevant to the case study. They showed me how some elements are not all obvious or could be classed as influencing factors. As I mentioned in Part A the sensible forms of Ottershaw are not promoting a good image to their customers or to their employees.
