With it being the magazine for the strategic planning for this facility, we will beg off our plans for the yearly assessment. Also, we will describe what leadership positions there will be in the planning and what there responsibilities will be. along with strengths and weaknesses there be also market trends that we are handout to have to follow.
In the strategic planning we will be using the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a cable venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the inseparable and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. (Buchbinder & Shanks, 2011). Strengths: characteristics of the business, or project team that give it an advantage over others. Weaknesses: are characteristics that place the team at a disadvantage congenator to others. Opportunities: external chances to improve performance in the environment. Threats: external elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the business or project. (Buchbinder & Shanks, 2011).
This is a facility that can live for a new strategic mission but in my opinion why wait to do something that you can do now.



With the issues that they are facing and the federal agency the demographic is changing around the facility, this is a perfect time for a new strategic plan. It is becoming an ripened nation around the facility so we need to increase the supply for the residential plow, independent living, in-home nursing, and hospice. We can shift the staff from the paediatric to help with the other areas that need help. We are producing quality care to the people, but we need to make sure that we are collision all the guidelines especially The Joint Commission guidelines which we have been declining at in the last few years.
